摘要
目的:观察自制匀浆膳对改善口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤病人术后血清电解质水平的影响。方法:将96例病人随机分为两组。试验组45例,鼻饲自制匀浆膳;对照组51例,采用常规饮食。两组病人于术前1 d和术后第7天进行体重、体重指数(BMI)、血糖、血清钾、钠、氯等测定。结果:两组病人术后体重均出现下降,对照组病人BMI较术前明显降低(P<0.05);术后第7天,试验组病人血清钠、氯水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组有3例、试验组有2例病人出现腹胀或腹泻,给予对症处理后症状均缓解。结论:自制匀浆膳有助于维持口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤病人术后电解质的平衡。
Objective : To observe the effect of homemade homogenate meal in nutritional status of postoperative patients suffering from oral and maxillofacial malignant tumors. Methods : 96 cases of oral and maxillofacial malignant tumor postoperative patients were divided into experimental group and control group randomly. 45 cases of experimental group were given with homemade homogenate meal and 51 ca- ses of control group were given with regular diet. The body weight, body mass index, serum potassium, sodium and chlorine were determined before and the seventh day after operation. Results : Both of the two groups experienced body weight loss (P 〈 0.05 ). The serum potassium of the two groups showed no significant difference ( P 〉 0.05 ). 2 cases in control group and 1 in experimental group showed abdominal distention and diarrhea, and all relieved after modulation. Conclusion: Homemade homogenate meal helps to improve the electrolyte balance in patients with oral and maxillofacial malignant tumors.
