摘要
目的:观察加速康复外科理念(FTS)在食管癌病人围手术期应用的安全性和临床效果。方法:将88例食管癌手术病人随机分为观察组(FTS组)和对照组,通过检测两组病人术前1 d、术后第1、7天的营养指标和免疫指标的变化,以及消化道症状的表现、并发症、住院费用等,对FTS理念在食管癌围手术期病人的作用进行探讨。结果:观察组病人术后第7天的营养状态指标(血清总蛋白、清蛋白、前清蛋白、转铁蛋白)和免疫功能指标(IgG、IgA、IgM和血总淋巴细胞计数)均明显高于对照组;胃肠功能恢复时间明显早于对照组;住院费用明显少于对照组;住院时间明显短于对照组,两组间比较差异均有显著性统计学意义。结论:食管癌病人围手术期应用FTS理念,对恢复机体的免疫功能,维护正常的代谢功能和促进胃肠功能恢复等有着积极的意义。
Objective : To observe the effect of fast-track surgery(FTS) in patients with esophage- al cancer. Methods : A total of 88 cases of esophageal cancer surgery were randomly divided into two groups : observation group ( FTS group) and control group. The indicators of nutritional and immune were detected in the two groups. The digestive tract symptoms, complications, and hospital charges were com- pared. Results: In the 7th postoperative day in observation group, nutritional and immune indicators were better. Hospitalization costs and time stay were less in observation group. Conclusion: FTS in patients with esophageal cancer can promote the restoration of immune function, nutritional status, and the gastrointestinal function.
