摘要
目的:介绍蒙成药额尔敦-乌日勒研究进展,为其进一步研究和开发提供参考。方法:通过查阅国内外有关学者的相关资料,对额尔敦-乌日勒文献理论研究、临床及实验研究进行综述。结果:明确了额尔敦-乌日勒临床治疗多种病证的疗效特点;实验研究证实额尔敦-乌日勒具有清除和抑制自由基的作用,能明显抑制异常增高的血细胞聚集,还具有明显的降脂、抗动脉粥样硬化等作用,为额尔敦-乌日勒的临床应用和进一步研究提供了科学依据。结论:运用额尔敦-乌日勒蒙医药学基本理论与现代医学相结合,需进一步研究其临床确切效果、疗程、剂量等关键问题,并明确阐述其药理作用及其机制,特别是在研究额尔敦-乌日勒的基础上,寻找、开发出高效、副作用少的理想新药更为必要。
Objective：to introduce eerdun pill with medicine research progress, and to provide reference for the further research and development. Methods through the access to the information related to the experts at home and abroad, to eerdunpill literature theory research, clinical and experimental are reviewed in this paper. The results made clear eerdun pill clinical treatment DuoZhong the curative effect of disease and syndrome characteristics; Experimental studies eerdun pill has cleared and inhibit free radical role, significantly suppress the exceptional increasing blood cells gathered together, also has the obvious fall fat, resistance to atherosclerosis effects, and eerdun pill for the clinical application and provides scientific basis for the further research. Conclusion using eerdun pill have medicine basic theory and modern medicine, and the combination of further research the clinical treatment effect, exactly, dosage, and other key issues, and clearly explains the pharmacological effects and its mechanism, especially in the research on the basis of eerdun pill, looking for, develop more efficient and less side effects of the ideal more necessary to new drugs.
