摘要
针对硅酸盐钻井液的流变性和高温高压滤失量不易控制的问题,在钻井液中引入了烷基葡萄糖苷APG,并对配伍的处理剂进行了优选。通过处理剂优选得到,在硅酸盐溶液中,XC和HV-PAC具有较好的提黏切能力,LV-CMC、CPS2000是较为理想的低分子量和中分子量降滤失剂,可用FD-1、乳化沥青和聚合物凝胶作封堵剂,多羟基天然酚K-1是合适的分散剂,APG胶束吸附在处理剂和固相颗粒表面形成的憎水屏障,可阻止或降低硅酸盐与重晶石表面作用及硅酸盐自身的聚集作用,从而改善硅酸盐钻井液的流变性,降低钻井液高温高压滤失量。硅酸盐-烷基葡萄糖苷钻井液对不同区块岩屑的滚动回收率较高,具有良好的抑制性,且该钻井液在低孔低渗岩心中的封堵率接近100%,具有较强的物理、化学封固性能。该钻井液在内蒙意7和意11井进行了应用,解决了火山岩和泥岩的井壁稳定问题。
A clay-free silicate-alkyl polyglucoside(APG) drilling fluid is developed to better solve borehole instability problem.Viscosifier,filtration reducer,sealing and plugging agent,and dispersant for the silicate-APG drilling fluid are selected for property control.Laboratory study shows that this drilling fluid has recovery rate of shale in hot-rolling test,demonstrating its better shale inhibitive capacity.Nearly 100%sealing and plugging is realized in the test of this drilling fluid on low porosity and low permeability cores.Borehole instability problem is successfully solved with this drilling fluid in the volcanic rock and claystone formations in Well Yi-7 and Well Yi-11 in Inner Mongolia.
