摘要
:默顿学派把科学奖励系统视为以扩充正确无误的知识为目标的科学体制的内在建制性因素加以研究 ,把获得荣誉性的奖励看成科学家活动的最终目的。这一研究方法和视角在目前科学、技术和经济已充分一体化的大科学时代已显露出不足之处 ,需要对科学奖励的实质和运行机制进行更为深刻的反思。
Mertonion school regards scientific reward system as an inner organizational factor of scientific system whose aim is to expand the realm of true knowledge,and regards acquiring rewards of honor as scientists’ ultimate end Its perspective and way of research have shown their deficiency in Big science times when science、technology and economy have emerged into an organic whole We thus should deeply reflect on the essence and operational mechanism of scientific reward system
