摘要
介绍该院在开展优质护理服务工作中,通过构建全程精细化(优质)护理责任组模式,探索护士岗位管理,从岗位设置、护士分级、人力调配、岗位培训、绩效考核、职称晋升等6个方面创新护士岗位管理的新模式,形成有激励、有约束的内部竞争机制,深入持久推进优质护理服务。
We introduced the construction of meticulous (high quality) responsibility team mode throughout the whole nursing process during the"High quality nursing service demonstration project"activity in Wuxi Second People's Hospital. We explored the nursing position management mode which included position setup, nurse classification, nursing resource management, job training, performance appraisal and professional title promotion. We constructed the new nursing position management mode which could form internal competition mechanism with motivation and restrict and could further promote high quality nursing service.
