摘要
从保障人员安全和设备安全的角度出发,分析在化工生产中静电产生的机理;探讨了静电效应和静电在生产中引起的危害,主要有静电引起的设备故障、火灾爆炸事故和人体电击事故;提出化工生产设备防范静电危害比较重要和实用的技术措施,主要有静电接地、增加环境湿度、防止和消除人体带电。
From the perspective of personnel safety and equipment safety, the mechanism of static electricity generation in chemical production is introduced, the hazards caused by electrostatic effect and static electricity in production are discussed, including equipment faults, fire and explosion accidents and electric shock to human body caused by static electricity, and some important and practical technical measures for preventing static electricity hazards of chemical production equipment are presented, mainly including static grounding.
