摘要
举高类消防车,作为高层建筑灭火救援的高端主战装备,高安全性、高可靠性是其发展趋势,欧盟的机械电气安全标准ISO13849-1将其安全性能等级要求规定为最高等级。通过在车辆整个电气控制系统的输入、输出、通信、运算等各个环节引入冗余安全设计,设计了一套运用安全PLC的车辆冗余安全控制系统,实现了系统内部故障智能自诊断与快速响应。与原有常规电气控制系统相比,极大的提高了车辆的安全性、可靠性。
Elevating fire engine,as the major high-end equipment for high-rise building fire rescue,has potentials for high security and high reliability.According to EU’s mechanical and electrical safety standard ISO13849-1,its safety performance rating is specified at the highest level.Through introduction of redundancy safety design in the input,output,communication and operation of the entire electrical control system of the fire engine and design of a redundancy safety control system based on safety PLC,we realize intelligent self-diagnosis of faults and quick response within the system,which,compared with the conventional electrical control system, features a much improved t safety and reliability.
