摘要
本文基于异质性投资东道国的视角,将发展中国家OFDI对母国技术创新的作用机理归纳为逆向技术溢出基础上的研发反馈效应及人力资本激励效应,并借助国际R&D溢出模型,采用我国2003-2011年的省际面板数据进行相关实证检验。研究结果表明:OFDI对我国技术创新的作用已开始突显;且只有面向发达东道国的OFDI能够给我国带来显著的逆向技术溢出;总体来说其研发反馈激励效应的作用要大于挤出效应,但人力资本激励效应不显著。
Considering the heterogeneity of host countries, the paper analyzes the effect of OFDI on technological innovation in developing countries, ascribing this effect to comprising R＆D feedback effect and human capital incentive effect based on reverse technology spillovers. With the assistance of the international R＆D spillover model, the paper makes an empirical test using the provincial pan- el data of China from 2003 to 2011. The results show that OFDI has a weak positive effect on China＇ s technological innovation and only OFDI from devel- oped host countries can bring China significant reverse technology spillovers. In general, this paper concludes that the R＆D incentive effect of OFDI is more obvious than its crowding-out effect and its human capital incentive effect is not significant.
