摘要
现代企业特别是大型复杂产品制造企业的生产过程不仅需要关注订单的按时按质完成,还要考虑诸如生产安全、能源消耗等多方面的因素,就论本文提出一种复杂产品生产制造业HSEE(包含职业健康、安全生产、环境保护、节能减排四方面)综合管理平台的设计方案。首先介绍了平台的设计理念和系统的设计方案,然后介绍了平台的功能,最后以能源管理子系统的三个功能单元为例进行了介绍。
Nowadays, modem enterprise, especially in those which manufacture complex products, not only pay close attention to fulfill the orders on time and according to quality, but also consider various factors, such as safety and energy consumption, this paper presents a HSEE integrated management platform design of complex product manufacturing （includes occupational health, safety, environmental protection, energy conservation in four areas）. Firstly, introduce the platform design and system design, and then introduce the features of the platform, finally, introduce three functional units of energy management subsystem as an example.
