A Photoelectric and Spectroscopic Study Based on Bilayer Lipid Membrane (BLM) Sensors

摘要 本文综述了近年来在双分子层脂膜 ( BLM)特性、制备技术及研究方法等方面的新进展。同时着重介绍了膜体系的光电子学与光谱学特性及其在不同领域的应用 。 Studies on bilayer lipid membrane (BLM) in the last few years are reviewed, focusing on the development of preparation techniques, research and characteristics. In particular, the photoelectric and spectroscopic properties of BLMs are followed, with interests in them as biosensors and molecular electronic devices. Our research work on fullerene modified BLMs are also introduced.
