摘要
制备了以芳香族二胺类衍生物TPD为空穴传输层、8 羟基喹啉铝Alq3掺杂红光染料DCJTB作为发光层、LiF/Al为复合电极的红色发光二极管。研究了不同掺杂质量分数对器件发光光谱、亮度电流电压特性的影响。发现由于DCJTB的自极化作用 ,发光峰值位置有 30nm的移动。当掺杂质量分数为 0 2 %和 3 %时 ,器件的最高亮度分别为 1740 0cd/m2 和 2 90 0cd/m2 ,2 0mA/cm2 时其亮度又分别为 10 80cd/m2 和 15 0cd/m2 ,量子效率分别为 2 %和 0 5 %。
The red organic light-emitting devices were demonstrated with the electroluminescent layer consisting of Alq3 (8-hydroxyquinoline) doped with DCJTB dye while the emission color was dependent on the concentration of DCJTB. A peak emission wavelength shift up to 30 nm due to strong polarization effect was found. Maximum luminances of 17400 cd/m2 and 2900 cd/m2 were measured for the doped mass fractions of 0.2% and 3% in Alq3 respectively. Luminances of 1080 cd/m2 and 150 cd/m2 at and quantum efficiencies of 2% 20 mA/Cm2 and 0.5% respectively were obtained.
