摘要
年薪制是在公司制下对企业经营者的人力资本进行间接定价的一种个人收入分配制度。但是,目前年薪制尚未形成科学的评估制度。本文拟探讨采用决策树法在年薪制中的应用问题,并对具体操作过程进行了设定和说明。
The Annual Income System is a distribution system of personal income.Which fixes a price indirectly for the enterprises and managements capital of human power under the supervision of those enterprises and managements. Nowadays,however,The Annual Income System has not formed into a scientific assessment system.This article will approach the practical problems of applying Decision Tree to the Annual Income System.Besides,it sets and illustrates a specific handling process.
