摘要
目的:探讨护患沟通管理流程和健康宣教在急诊留观室的应用效果。方法选择2013年1-3月急诊抢救室转留观的患者206例,随机分为对照组103例和干预组103例,对照组采用常规的护理流程,干预组在对照组的基础上采用护患沟通管理流程,同时进行健康宣教,比较两组应用效果。结果干预组基础护理质量为(93.7±4.5)分,高于对照组的(80.4±5.8)分,差异有统计学意义(t=3.15,P<0.05)。干预组患者的心理情绪改善率、健康宣教知识普及率、患者满意度和并发症的发生率分别为83.49%,88.34%,85.43%,5.83%,均优于对照组的52.42%,59.22%,65.05%,22.33%,差异均有统计学意义(χ2分别为4.71,4.65,4.03,6.87;P<0.05)。结论科学合理的护患沟通管理流程能够降低医疗纠纷的发生率,提高护理质量。
Objective To explore the application effect of nurse-patient communication management flow and health education in emergency observation room .Methods Two hundred and six patients from January to March 2013 were chosen and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group in emergency observation room, each with 103 cases.The control group received the conventional nursing , and the observation group received the nurse-patient communication management flow and health education on the basis of control group .The application effect was compared between the two groups .Results The score of basic quality of nursing was (93.7 ±4.5) in the observation group, and was higher than (80.4 ±5.8) in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (t=3.15, P〈0.05).The rates of psychological mood improvement, health knowledge popularization and patient satisfaction were respectively 83.49%, 88.34%, 85.43% in the observation group, and were higher than 52.42%, 59.22%, 65.05%in the control group;the incidence rate of complications was 5.83%in the observation group, and was lower than 22.33% in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (χ2 =4.71, 4.65, 4.03, 6.87, respectively; P 〈0.05).Conclusions Scientific and reasonable nurse-patient communication management flow can reduce the incidence of medical disputes , and improve the quality of nursing .
