摘要
目的：探讨居家护理对老年高血压患者血压控制及依从性的影响。方法将76例老年高血压患者按照随机数字表法分为干预组38例和对照组38例。干预组实施6个月的居家护理，对照组实施常规社区护理，比较两组患者的血压控制及依从性情况。结果居家干预后，干预组患者收缩压、舒张压分别为（123．13±4．01），（82．75±4．56） mmHg，均低于对照组的（146．00±6．32），（90．71±6．72）mmHg，差异有统计学意义（t分别为10．627，3．332；P＜0．05）；干预后干预组服药依从患者从21例增加至36例，对照组患者没有改变，两组比较差异有统计学意义（χ2＝10．287，P＜0．05）。结论居家护理模式能更有效地降低血压，提高治疗效果，值得在社区老年高血压患者的护理中推广。
Objective To explore the effect of home care nursing on elderly hypertensive patients in community services .Methods Totals of 76 cases of elderly hypertensive patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group , with 38 patients each .Six-month of home care nursing was adopted in the experimental group , and conventional community nursing was adopted in the control group .The therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups .Results After the intervention ,the systolic pressures and diastolic pressures of patients in the experimental group were （123.13 ±4.01）, （82.75 ±4.56） mmHg, respectively, which were significantly lower than the systolic pressures （ 146.00 ±6.32 ） mmHg and diastolic pressures （90.71 ±6.72）mmHg of patients in the control group （t =10.627, 3.332, respectively; P 〈0.05）.The medication compliance in the experimental group was increased from 21 patients to 36 patients, while there was no change in the control group.The difference was significant （χ2 =10.287, P〈0.05）.Conclusions Home care nursing model can reduce blood pressure more effectively and enhance the treatment effect .It is worthy of popularizing among the elderly hypertensive patients .
