摘要
目的调查社区糖尿病患者药物依从性对生活质量的影响。方法 200名糖尿病患者根据其药物依从性分为A组(依从)和B组(不依从),并均予健康状况调查问卷(SF-36)进行问卷调查两组的生活质量。结果 A组与B组相比,8项生活质量因子:生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、总体健康、生命活力、社会功能、情感职能和精神健康的得分均显著升高(P<0.05),生活质量提高。结论药物依从性显著影响糖尿病患者生活质量,应为糖尿病患者制定个性化的治疗方案而提高药物依从性。
Objective To study the effect of drugcompliance onquality of life for patients with diabetes . Methods A survey was conducted in 200 patients with diabetes .Patients were divided into two groups according to theircompliance of antidiabetic drugs , those with good compliance were in group A , and the others were in group B.All the patients were survey with health survey questionnaire （ SF-36） .Results Scores of the 8 factors which stand for lifequality （including physical functioning , role-physical, bodily pain, general health, vitality, social functioning, role-emotional and metal health） in group A were higherthan those in group B （P＆lt;0.05）, patients with good compliance had a better quality of life .Conclusions Compliance of antidiabetic drugs is significantly associated with life quality for patients with diabetes .Attention should be paid to make individual treatment to promote the compliance of antidiabetic drugs .
