摘要
随着建筑业对铝型材表面处理要求的提高,必须开发新的铝合金着色技术,本文介绍了一种LD31铝合金在镍-铜混合盐中的交流电解着赭红色工艺。利用X射线衍射技术分析了着色膜的分析,并测试了其耐酸、碱、盐等性能。结果表明,该工艺操作简单、成本低,着色膜耐蚀性优异,可用于实际生产。
In view of the increase in the demands of surface treatment of section aluminum bars in building industry, an alternate current electrolytic coloring process for LD31 aluminum alloy was developed to abtain reddish brown color in nickel and copper salts containing solutions. Components of the abtained film were analyzed by means of X-ray diffraction. Resistance to acid, alkali and salts of the film was tested. The results show that the process is easy to operate, and has low cost and excellent corrosion resistance, which is applicable to practice.
