草坪草再生体系的研究进展

摘要 目前,草坪草被广泛用于城市绿化建造,所以其再生体系的建立也随之成为重要的研究之一。文章从再生途径、品种基因型、外植体、基本培养基、生长调节物质以及其他添加物的影响作用等6个方面概述了草坪草再生体系的研究进展,并对目前存在的问题及未来的发展前景加以探讨,对草坪草再生体系机理的研究和基因工程方面的研究提供参考。 At present, the lawn grass is used in the construction of city greening widely, so the establishment of its regeneration system has become one of the important technologies. This paper summarizes the advances in research of the regeneration system of lawn grass in six aspects, including the way of regeneration, variety genotype, explants, basic culture medium, the effects of application of growth regulators and other additives. In addition, the existing problems and the prospects of future, development are discussed. It will provide some references to the research of the mechanism of the regeneration system of lawn grass and gene engineering.
