摘要
通过测定发酵过程中葡萄糖、无机磷以及中间代谢葡萄糖6磷酸(G6P) 、果糖6磷酸(F6P) 、FDP、磷酸二羟丙酮(DHAP)以及3磷酸甘油醛(G3P) 的胞外浓度,描绘出FDP发酵的基本网络图,分析了整个发酵过程中的流量分配。
By measuring the concentration of glucose, glucose 6 phosphate (G 6 P), fructose 6 phosphate (F 6 P), FDP, dihydrogen acetone phosphate (DHAP) and glycerol 3 phosphate (G 3 P) during the fermentation, the primary metabolic network of FDP fermentation was described and the flux distribution throughout the fermentation was analyzed.
