摘要
用明亮发光杆菌T3小种的暗变种T9171菌株和蚕豆根尖细胞微核技术检测了7种化合物和8种环境样品的基因毒性。由不同层次的检测技术组成的短期生物检测系统具有快速、操作简便、灵敏度高等特点,是极有价值的环境基因毒性的筛选工具。
In this study, the genotoxicity on 7 chemicals and 8 environmental samples were detected by strain T9171, photobacterium phosphoreum T3, sp. dark mutant and vicia-micronucleus test (VAMCN). A new Short Term Biological test system which comprised photobacterium phosophoreum dark mutant test and VAMCN was rapid, simple and high sensitivity. In screening genotoxicity of environmental samples, it is an extraordinarily valuable tool.
