摘要
目的:观察骨折患者手术后并发应激性溃疡的护理效果。方法:随机选取骨折术后并发应激性溃疡患者58例,随机分为观察组(36例)和对照组(22例)。所有患者进行回顾性分析,比较护理后的临床效果。结果:观察组护理后临床治疗总有效率100%,对照组81.81%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对性综合护理可提高骨折术后应激性溃疡的临床疗效。
Objective To observe the effect of nursing with stress ulcer, triggers a series of nursing countermeasures. Methods Choose between January 2010 and June 2010 our hospital 58 patients with fracture complicated with stress ulcer, were randomly divided randomly into observation group （36 cases） and control group （22 eases）, will all of the patients medical records were retrospectively analyzed, and compare the two groups of patients with the effect of nursing. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 100%, and the total effective rate of control group was 81.81%. The similar between the two groups had statistical significance （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion The corresponding comprehensive nursing can improve the clinical curative effect with fracture patients of stress ulcer after operation.
