摘要
目的:探讨耻骨上经膀胱前列腺切除术围手术期的护理干预措施及护理效果。方法:将117例行耻骨上经膀胱前列腺切除术患者的临床完整资料为回顾性分析依据,根据护理方式的不同将其分为观察组与对照组,观察组接受前列腺切除术围手术期的全面护理干预,对照组接受常规护理。结果:观察组病人无一例出现术后并发症,患者疼痛发生率、住院时间明显低于对照组,舒适度优于对照组,P<0.05。结论:针对前列腺切除术患者开展全面的围手术期护理干预较普通护理干预而言,在避免或降低术后并发症,提高手术疗效,促进康复上具有显著的优势,具有一定的临床推广价值。
Objective To investigate the perioperative nursing intervention measures and nursing effects of the suprapubic transvesical prostatectomy. Methods The complete materials of 117 cases of suprapubic transvesical prostatectomy patients were selected as the retrospec- tive analysis basis, according to the nursing ways, they were divided into the observation group and control group. The observation group were given prostatectomy comprehensive perioperative nursing intervention, while the control group were given conventional nursing. Results： None of the patients in the observation group had postoperative complications, the incidence of pain in patients, hospital stay was significantly lower than the control group, patient comfort than the control group, P 〈 0. 05. Conclusion For prostatectomy patients, to carry out comprehensive perioperative nursing intervention compared with usual care intervention is concerned, to avoid or reduce complications and improve surgical outcome, with significant advantages to promote the rehabilitation of course, has some clinical value.
