摘要
为了解长沙地区小菜蛾田间种群抗药性现状及其抗性机理 ,1997~ 2 0 0 0年 ,用浸叶法监测了长沙地区小菜蛾田间种群对乙酰甲胺磷、氰戊菊酯、苏云金杆菌、抑太保和齐墩螨素 5种杀虫剂的抗药性 .结果表明 ,长沙地区小菜蛾田间种群对氰戊菊酯抗性为极高抗水平 ,对乙酰甲胺磷由中抗水平发展到了高抗水平 ,且二者抗性水平有进一步上升的趋势 ;对抑太保、苏云金杆菌和齐墩螨素均处于敏感状态 ,但对于抑太保和苏云金杆菌 ,个别年份抗性水平达到低抗水平 .增效剂磷酸三苯酯、94%增效醚、40 %增效磷对不同杀虫剂增效作用测定结果表明 ,磷酸三苯酯对乙酰甲胺磷、氰戊菊酯有不同程度的增效作用 ;94%增效醚和 40 %增效磷均对乙酰甲胺磷、氰戊菊酯、抑太保和齐墩螨素有不同程度的增效作用 ,前者对氰戊菊酯 ,后者对乙酰甲胺磷增效作用最明显 .
The resistance to 5 insecticides by diamondback moth (Plutella xylostella) was tested by using leaf residue method in Changsha during 1997~2000.The results show that diamondback moth of field population keeps an extremely high resistance to fenvalerate,mid resistance to high resistance to avermectin.What's more,the tendency of resistance to the two pestiudes is likely to rise.To acephate,Bt and chlorfluazuron,the diamondback moth keeps susceptible,but in one of these years,the resistance to acephate and Bt remains at a low level.Synergism to different pesticides by TPP,PBO and SV1 shows that synergisms to acephate and fenvalerate by TPP are different from each other;synergisms to avermectin,fenvalerate,acephate and chlorfluazuron by PBO are different from each other with the most obvious effects to fenvalerate;synergisms to avermectin,fenvalerate,acephate and chlorfluazuron by SV1 are also different from each other with the most obvious effects on avermectin.
