摘要
为筛选杂交亲和性好、营养优势强的杂交组合 ,生产叶用或薹用蔬菜新品种 ,采用 5个不同的油菜雄性不育系作母本 ,与十字花科不同类型的蔬菜品种远缘杂交 ,研究了远缘杂交亲和性 ,目的在于找出杂交亲和性强的油菜雄性不育系 ,以及十字花科蔬菜品种 .研究结果表明 :油菜不育系与十字花科不同类型蔬菜品种杂交 ,亲和性有比较大的差异 ,与红菜薹品种杂交亲和性最强 ;不同的不育系与同一类型品种杂交 ,以 714A的杂交亲和性最强 ,6 81A杂交亲和性最差 ;不同不育系与不同杂交组合 F1 杂交 ,除少数杂交组合外 ,大多数杂交组合亲和性较差 ;6 81A与特异性状的十字花科蔬菜品种杂交 ,亲和性均较差 .
Compatibility of distant hybridization was studied by crossing 5 different rapeseed sterile lines with different vegetable varieties of Cruciferae.This is aimed at selecting rapeseed sterile lines and vegetable varieties with high hybridization compability.The results show that compatibilities of the crosses of the same sterile line with vegetable varieties of different types are remarkably different,and the compatibility of 714A is the highest.When different sterile lines are crossed with the same type of varieties,714A shows the highest hydridization compatibility,while 681A the lowest.The compatibilities of most hybridized combinations is low in the combinations crossed by different sterile lines and different hybridized combination F 1.The compatibility also is low in the combination crossed by 681A and vegetable varieties of Cruciferae with special traits.
