通过计算机绘制了Cu—Ni—Si-P合金热加工图,研究了不同热加工参数下合金的热变形行为。结果表明Cu—Ni—Si—P铜合金最佳的热加工:参数为:变形温度750~800℃,廊变速率0.01~0.
The hot working maps of the alloy Cu-Ni-Si-P were drawn by computer, and the thenrml deformation behavior of the copper alloy under different hot working parameter was investigated. The results show that the optimal hot working parameters are the deformation temperatures of 750-800 ℃ and the strain rates of 0.01-0.10/s for the copper alloy.
