摘要
以鞍山市县域地区未利用地为研究对象,在充分考虑宜耕未利用地开发的限制因素的基础上,选取评价因子,构建适宜性评价指标体系。采用层次分析法与熵权法相结合的方式确定参评因子的权重,对其开发成耕地进行适宜性评价,并根据适宜性评价最终得分,确定宜耕土地开发重点区域。研究结果表明,所选区域宜耕未利用地各方面指标均满足要求,符合实际开发情况。该方法可为土地资源的可持续利用、未利用地规划的具体实施提供依据。
Taking county areas of Anshan as an example, considering the constraints of factors, this paper selects the appropriate evaluation factors, and establishes an index system of land suitability evaluation. It determines the weights of evaluation factors using the analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method, and according to the final score of suitability evaluation and the exploitation potential of unutilized land, determine the priority development region of arable unutilized land. The exploitation of unutilized land is an important approach to supple cultivated land. The result shows that it is scientific and feasible to determine to select areas, which can meet all the requirements. The research result is of great guidance significance to land resource sustainable utilization, and unutilized land planning and implementation.
