语言行为在儿科医患沟通中的重要性被引量：3

摘要在当前医患关系中，存在着较多问题，其中因医患关系不协调而导致的医疗纠纷，是一个值得关注与思考的问题。该问题不仅为医患双方所关注，同时也被媒体及行政司法广泛关注问题。医患问题的实质是信任危机，而信任危机产生主要是因医患双方之间缺乏沟通。国家卫生部门在管理会议上就当前医患关系紧张情况，及随之不断增加的医疗纠纷，明确指出其中约50％左右是因医患沟通不畅所导致的。在临床工作中，所实施的医患沟通主要是指患儿家属与医师之间进行的沟通，同时应注意与患儿保持较好的沟通了解。
