鼻窦镜下鼻丘径路额窦开放术185例临床观察 被引量：9

摘要 【目的】观察鼻窦镜下鼻丘径路额窦开放术治疗慢性鼻窦炎的临床疗效。【方法】收集慢性鼻窦炎行鼻内额窦手术治疗185例。术后随访6～12个月，判断鼻内额窦引流手术的疗效。【结果】治愈112例，占45％，有效106例，占43％，无效27例，占11％。远期疗效还尚待观察。【结论】在CT确认鼻丘气房存在的前提下，采用内镜下鼻丘径路额窦开放术，术者仍需有丰富的鼻内镜操作经验，对鼻额区解剖要相当熟悉，术中注意黏膜的保护，才能提高手术成功率。
