微创经皮椎弓根钉固定非融合技术治疗胸腰椎压缩性骨折35例临床观察 被引量:12

摘要 【目的】探讨微创经皮椎弓根钉固定非融合技术治疗单一椎体、无神经损伤的胸腰椎压缩性骨折的疗效。【方法】自2011年7月至2012年7月,对本院67例单一椎体、无神经损伤的胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者进行手术治疗,其中35例采用微创经皮椎弓根钉固定非融合技术(微创组),32例患者行开放椎弓根螺钉内固定术(对照组),记录两组的切口长度、手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间,测量两组术前、术后2周、末次随访时伤椎前缘高度百分比,矢状面后凸Cobb角和椎间隙高度。【结果】微创组与对照组患者在术前、术后影像学观察椎体前缘高度、后凸Cobb角均有明显的恢复,两组之间比较无统计学差异( P >0.05)。而在切口长度、手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间等指标上,微创组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义( P <0.05)。【结论】微创经皮椎弓根螺钉内固定技术具有切口小、创伤小、出血少、术后恢复快且住院时间短等优势,是治疗单节段无神经损伤胸腰段骨折的有效方法。
