摘要
给出了影响地铁项目建设决策的评价因素集,利用可拓学理论建立了地铁项目决策评价数学模型,各因素指标权重采用层次分析法(AHP)确定.模型将可拓学与AHP法相结合,既降低了决策评价中人为因素的影响,又建立了评价因素与评价结果之间的有效联系.以哈尔滨地铁一号线项目为例进行了模型评价,所得结论为需要建设.该项研究不仅丰富了地铁项目决策评价方法,而且对于哈尔滨未来其它地铁线路建设决策具有重要的参考价值.
Gave evaluation elements cluster which have effects on decision of subway projects construction,build the decision evaluation model for subway project by extension method,and all factor index weights was decided by analysis hierarchy process.Extension method is connected with analysis hierarchy process in the maths model,thus the artificial factor effects on decision evaluation was reduced,at the same time the effective connection between factors and results of evaluation is built. Harbin metro 1 project was analyzed as a sample for model evaluation,and the result shown that the subway is needed to be built. The study not only enriches subway project evaluation decision methods,but also has important reference values for other lines building decision in future.
