摘要
【目的】通过分析我国甘蔗产业的总体效率和各个主产区的效率,总结我国甘蔗产业各主产区存在的主要问题并提出相关建议。【方法】利用2003-2012年我国甘蔗产业的投入产出数据,采用超效率DEA方法,分析我国甘蔗产业总体效率和各个主产区效率。【结果】我国甘蔗产业的总体效率呈现不断下滑的趋势,近年来各个主产区平均效率排名为:海南>湖南>广东>广西>云南。【结论】我国的甘蔗产业的总体发展水平没有提高,各主产区的发展存在低机械化水平、低产量、零散规模化程度、低利润等共同特点。
[Objective] The paper analyzed the overall efficiency of sugarcane industry in China and the efficiency in main producing areas. The aim is to summarize the main problems of sugarcane industry in China and make correlative suggestions. [Method] Based on the super efficiency DEA method, the paper analyzed the efficiency of sugarcane industry by using the input and output data from 2003 to 2012. [Results] The overall efficiency of sugarcane industry in China presents the declining trend. In recent years, the average efficiency rankings for producing area is： Hainan Hunan 〉 Guangdong 〉 Guangxi 〉 Yunnan. [Conclusion] The overall development level of sugarcane industry in China did not increase in recent years, and there are some common problems such as low degree of mechanization level, low yield, discrete degree of scale, low profits, etc..
