摘要
目的:研究丹红注射液联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗高脂血症的临床疗效。方法:选取120例高脂血症的患者,将其随机分为对照组和治疗组各60例,对照组单纯采用阿托伐他汀钙治疗,治疗组采用丹红注射液联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗。两组疗程均为14?d,疗程结束后评价两组降脂疗效。结果:治疗组(总有效率93.3%)临床疗效明显好于对照组(76.7%),两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:丹红注射液联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗高脂血症有较好的临床疗效,值得临床推广应用。
Objective：To explore the clinical effect of Danhong Injection combined with Atorvastatin in the treatment of hyperlipoidemia. Methods： 120 patients with hyperlipoidemia were randomly divided into treatment group （ 60 cases ） and control group （ 60 cases ）. The patients in control group were treated with Atorvastatin and the patients in treatment group were treated with Atorvastatin and Danhong Injection. After treatment for 14 days, the clinical effect was compared. Results ： The clinical effect of treatment group was better than that of control group and the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Danhong Injection combined with Atorvastatin shows satisfactory clinical efficacy in the treatment of hyperlipoidemia, and the combination is worthy of clinical use.
