摘要
目的:观察应用血府逐瘀汤联合激光治疗视网膜静脉周围炎的临床疗效。方法:将83例(150眼)视网膜静脉周围炎患者随机分为对照组(38例69眼)和治疗组(45例81眼),对照组采用激光光凝治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上联合中药血府逐瘀汤治疗。结果:对照组总有效率为75.00%,治疗组总有效率为90.67%,经比较两组疗效有明显差别(P<0.05)。结论:血府逐瘀汤联合激光光凝治疗视网膜静脉周围炎能取得更好疗效。
Objective ： To observe the effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction with laser photocoagulation to treat retinal periphlebitis. Methods ： 83 patients （ 150 eyes ） of retinal periphlebitis were randomly divided into control group （ 38 cases ,69 eyes ）and treatment group （45 cases, 81 eyes ）. The control group were treated with laser photocoagulation. The treatment group added Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction in the foundation of control group. Results ： The total effective rate of the control group was 75.00%, and the rate of the treatment group was 90.67%, in which, there was significant difference between the two groups （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion： It is more effective to treat retinal periphlebitis with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction and laser photoeoagulation.
