摘要
本文通过诠释"心理契约"的内涵,对"心理契约"理论在运动员管理过程中的适用性进行了分析,得出从事运动队的管理者应通过尊重运动员、关注运动员的合理期望、构建与运动员的信任关系、彼此间加强有效沟通、实施公平合理的激励政策、完善运动员的发展规划,建立基于心理契约理论的运动员管理体系。
Through interpreting the connotation of "psychological contract", this paper analyzed the applicability of the "psychological contract" theory in the athletes management process. It obtains that the managers shall respect the players, pay attention on athletes'reasonable expectations, construct the trust relationship and strengthen effective communication between each other, implement fair and reasonable incentive policies, improve the athlete's development plan, establish the athletes management system based on the theory of psychological contract.
