摘要
为了研究沥青面层施工时高温对CFRP板加固箱梁桥顶板剥离破坏的影响,在室内对粘贴CFRP板前、后的钢筋混凝土梁进行了高温剥离破坏模拟试验和理论分析,开展了不同锚固方案下高温对粘贴CFRP板的钢筋混凝土试验梁碳纤维板剥离破坏形态研究。研究结果表明:经过高温阶段后粘贴CFRP板的试验梁在极限承载力发挥效力方面均比未粘贴CFRP板的提高,梁两端和跨中加压条同时附加螺栓锚固方案碳纤维板剥离时承载力发挥效力最显著;附加锚固试验梁剥离极限承载力与所分析的剥离极限承载力理论值接近。
In order to study the debonding failures of CFRP (carbon fiber reinforced polymer) reinforced box girder bridge top slab subjected to high temperature during asphalt pavement construction, the reinforced concrete girders with and without affixed CFRP were both used in the laboratory debonding failure simulation research and theoretical analysis under high temperature. Different anchoring ways were adopted to study debonding failures of CFRP. The results show that the reinforced concrete girders' (with affixed CFRP) ultimate bearing capacities the subjected to high temperature are better than that without affixed CFRP. The debonding ultimate bearing capacity of girder ends and midspan additional bead with bolt anchoring scheme is much higher than others. The average debonding ultimate bearing capacity of additional test on anchorage girder is relatively close to the theoretical ultimate bearing capacity of debonding.
