摘要
应用啮合理论和计算机技术 ,对电扶梯ZC1蜗杆传动的啮合区进行数值计算和图谱分析。寻找出影响啮合区大小的主要参数为X、α和 ρ 。
Numerical computation and atlas analysis for meshing area of ZC1 worm drive in escalator were carried out by applying meshing theory and computer techniques. It found out that the main parameters affecting the size of meshing zone are X, α and ρ. Thus the designing variables for carrying out fuzzy optimum design of ZC1 worm drive in escalator can be determined.
