摘要
设计了一种基于DSP控制的吊环双面焊接电源,该电源采用TMS320F2407型DSP为控制核心,实现吊环的双面焊接。给出了数字化吊环双面焊接电源结构框图及主电路的设计方法。研制的焊接电源焊接的焊缝成形美观,强度高,满足设计要求。
This paper study on an arc power source for rings double-sided welding based DSP control,which adopt TMS320F2407 DSP as core control system,achieving precision rings double-sided welding.Design the structure diagram and main t'ircuit based on DSP for the digital welding power source.The experiments show that it functions with good shape and high strength welding seam, meets the design requirements.
