Characteristic of mechanical performance and microstructure for high nitrogen steel and its future development

摘要 概述了高氮钢的发展趋势,表明以氮取代碳是改善钢性能的有效途径;钢的机械性能和显微组织都受氮含量的影响,氮对材料的晶界强化、固溶强化和晶粒尺寸硬化都有很大的作用,且随着试验温度变化而起的作用不同;形成的CrN化合物有各种形态;此外过饱和氮的奥氏体不锈钢中还存在γs→Cr(M)2N+ The developing trends of high nitrogen steel is described briefly,which indicates that nitrogen substituing carbon is the effective way to improve the properties of steel.The mechnical property and microstructure of steel are influenced by the amount of nitrogen. Nitrogen influences the boundary strengthening,solid solution strengthing and grain size hardening significantly,which changed with the temperature.The chromium nitrides have many different forms.In addition,discontinuous decomposition reactions γ s→Cr(M) 2N+γ will happen in nitrogen supersaturated austenite stainless steel .
