A Study Review on Tourism Blog:Retrospect and Prospect

摘要 旅游博客作为一种网络信息交流平台,已成为旅游者信赖的信息源、旅游管理者进行营销与管理的工具,逐渐受到学界关注。梳理国内外相关文献,并对内容进行系统分析和归纳,发现:总体上,学界对旅游博客的研究表现出从单一关注博客基本问题向多维方向延伸发展的趋势;旅游博客概念、功能、传播和运行机制是旅游博客研究的基本问题;旅游博客研究的理论基础初步形成,但还不够扎实,制约着系统研究的展开,表现为:旅游博客的工具价值挖掘和企业博客营销以及目的地旅游服务测评等实践层面成果较多,而旅游博客信息的可靠性论证、旅游博主群体的特征、写作动机等基础性问题的探讨较为肤浅;旅游博客质性量化研究的转换存在障碍。细化模型建构,精确测量指标体系,寻找有效的数据分析工具,更多关注旅游博客写作主体及旅游博客的相关基础理论,是未来学术探索的主要方向。 As a network information exchanging platform, tourism blog has become one of the most credible information sources for tourists and marketing and management tools for tourism sectors, gradually drawing tourism scholars' attention. The literature review and content analysis methods were used to track the status quo of tourism blog research. The findings show: (1) a basic trend from a single concern of tourism blog to multi-dimensional research directions; (2) the concept, function, communication and operation of tourism blog are fundamental research issues among scholars; (3) theoretical basis, although formulated, is far from solid, which hampers the development of systematic research; (4) the obstacles of transfer from qualitative to quantitative research should be solved. The refinement of the model construct, the accurate measurement of the index system, the exploration of effective data analysis tools and more systematic research on travel bloggers and basic theory are the major aspects of the future academic efforts.
