摘要
莱钢采用转炉—精炼—连铸—连轧工艺生产60Si2Mn弹簧扁钢,经改进完善生产工艺,产品性能指标符合GB/T1222-84标准要求,尺寸精度高,表面质量好,而且有效地降低生产成本,提高了生产效率。
Si2Mn spring flat is produced by the proce ss of converter-refining-continuous casting-continuous rolling in Laiwu iron and steel Co.,Ltd.Through improving the production technology the product proper ty indexes accord with GB/T1222-84 standard.The product has high accuracy and g ood surface quality,as well as decreasing production cost and inereasing product ivity.
