摘要
目的:研究影响自动化药房调剂效率的因素。方法:采用灰色关联法对某院自动化药房发药中断的数据进行统计并分析。结果:调剂异型包装药是影响自动化药房调剂效率的最关键因素。结论:针对此次数据统计结果,可制定更合理的调剂流程,在保证调剂准确性的前提下提升调剂速率,从而提供更好的药学服务。
OBJECTIVE To study the factors that influence on the efficiency of automated pharmacy dispensing. METHODS The grey correlation method was applied in the data statistics and analysis to the dispensing interrupt in our hospi- tal pharmacy automation. RESULTS Dispensing the special packaging drugs were the key factors that affecting the efficiency of automated pharmacy dispensing. CONCLUSION According to the statistic results, the hospital should make more reasonable dispensing process to promote the dispensing efficiency on the basis of dispensing accuracy in order to provide pharmaceutical care better.
