摘要
以皖北地区淮北、宿州、蚌埠、阜阳四市的10家健身俱乐部的顾客为调查对象,以这些俱乐部的服务质量为研究对象,以问卷调查法和数理统计法为主要研究方法,通过对调查结果的分析,得出目前皖北地区城市俱乐部服务质量方面存在的问题,并提出了提高健身俱乐部服务质量的相关建议,旨在促进该地区健身俱乐部的长期发展。
This paper mainly takes 10 Fitness Club customers of the four cities: Huaibei, Suzhou, Bengbu, Fuyang in Northern Anhui as the research object, with the club' s service quality as the object of study. By means of question- naire, mathematical statistics method, and the analysis of the survey results, this paper finds the problems with the ex- isting fitness club of Northern Anhui in service quality, and puts forward some suggestions to improve the fitness club service quality, the long-term development of the region in order to promote fitness club.
