摘要
提出了一种新颖的光纤光栅曲率传感的方法 ,理论上分析了这种曲率传感的原理 ,实验上成功地实现了对曲率的传感 .传感系统具有很高的线性响应度 ,并通过改进 ,消除了环境温度的交叉敏感对曲率传感的干扰 。
A circumflexion sensor based on fiber Bragg grating is presented and experimentally studied.The sensing principle is theoretically analyzed,and the sensor is successfully used to measure the variation of circumflexion.The experiment results indicate that the sensor has good linear response capacity.A dual gratings method is used to eliminate the cross sensitivity due to the temperature.
