摘要
为了研究小熊猫这类野生动物是否存在布鲁菌感染,采用虎红平板凝集试验(RBPT)、试管凝集试验(SAT)及BCSP31-PCR对成都大熊猫繁育研究基地小熊猫保护研究中心产房饲养的小熊猫进行了布鲁菌病的血清学及分子生物学调查。结果表明:有2只小熊猫RBPT检测阳性,表示疑似布鲁菌感染,而进一步采用SAT及BCSP31-PCR诊断为阴性,排除了RBPT检测为阳性的2只小熊猫感染布鲁菌的可能性。说明RBPT存在假阳性结果,临床诊断此病时应结合分子生物学技术等进行鉴别诊断。
To investigate whether there was an existence of brucellosis infection in the wild animals such as red panda,the serological and molec- ular biological investigations of brucellosis were conducted in the red pandas raised in the maternity ward at Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding using the Rose Bengal plate test( RBPT), standard - tube agglutination test(SAT) and BCSP31 - PCR. The results showed that there were two red pandas tested positive by RBPT, showing suspected Brucella infection. The final diagnoses were negative for Brucella infection using SAT and BCSPT -PCR, excluding the possibility of BruceUa infection in the two red panadas which were tested positive by RBPT. The results indicate that there are false positive test results using RBPT. Thus, the clinical diagnosis of such disease should be combined with molec- ular biology techniques to differentiate the diagnosis.
