摘要
全球化进程加速了不同文化间的交流,文化差异造成的纠纷也随之出现.语言禁忌作为跨文化交际中的重要元素之一,需要引起足够重视.通过阐释语言禁忌的两个重要方面,归纳了语言禁忌的基本特征,并分析了语言禁忌的产生机制,从而进一步探求跨文化交际技巧.
The process of globalization has sped up communication among different cultures, followed by the conflict resulted from cultural differences. The language taboo is one of the crucial factors in cross-cultural communication, which is worthy of enough attention. Through illustrating the two important aspects, this paper summarizes the fundamental characteristics of language taboos, and analyzes the mechanism of language taboos, aiming to further explore the cross-cultural communication skills.
