摘要
观察高低剂量加味瓜蒌薤白半夏汤对高脂血症大鼠血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力和丙二醛(MDA)含量水平的影响,并探讨其治疗高脂血症的作用机制。采用高脂乳剂灌胃法制作高脂血症大鼠模型,将造模成功的大鼠随机分为模型组、加味瓜蒌薤白半夏汤高、低剂量组和辛伐他汀组,每组10只,另外10只未造模的健康大鼠作为空白组。加味瓜蒌薤白半夏汤高、低剂量组和辛伐他汀组每次按剂量灌胃给药,模型组和空白组以同样方法给予等量生理盐水。检测各组大鼠治疗前后的血脂指标和血清SOD活力和MDA含量水平。结果表明,与模型组比较,加味瓜蒌薤白半夏汤高、低剂量组的血清胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)及血清MDA含量水平显著降低(P<0.05),而高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)及血清SOD活力水平均显著升高(P<0.05)。加味瓜蒌薤白半夏汤低剂量组对大鼠的血脂指标、SOD活力和MDA含量水平的影响效果基本与辛伐他汀组等同。说明加味瓜蒌薤白半夏汤能有效治疗高脂血症,其治疗机制可能与其能降低血脂水平、MDA含量及升高SOD活力有关,且在一定范围内,其治疗作用随剂量增高而增强。
To investigate the effect of Jiawei Guanlou Xiebai Banxia decoction(JWGLBXD)on the levels of serum SOD and MDA in hyperlipidemia rats, and study its therapeutic mechanism in the treatment of hyperlipidemia,the rat models of hyperlipidemia were made by high-fat emulsion intragastric administration. The rats modle were divide into 5 groups: model group, JWGLBXD high-dosage group, low-dosage group and the simvastatin group, every groups contain 10 rats,another 10 healthy SD rats without modeling as the blank group. The lipid parameters,SOD and MDA were detected in rats of each group. Compared with the model group, the levels of TC, TG, LDGL-C and MDA in JWGLBXD high dosage group and low-dosage group were significantly reduced(P〈0. 05), HDL-C and SOD levels were significantly raised(P〈 0.05). The effect of JWGLBXD high dosage group on the lipid parameters, the level of serum adiponectin in rats is almost equivalent to that in simvastatin group. This study revealed that JWGLBXD can treat hyperlipidemia effectively and this mechanism may be associated with that JWGLBXD can raise the level of SOD and decrease MDA through lowering blood lipid level.
