摘要
目的：探讨“敷胸散”在徐州地区辅助治疗儿童肺炎的效果及护理对策。方法将406例肺炎儿童随机分为2组，对照组给予常规治疗、护理，试验组在常规治疗、护理基础上加用“敷胸散”。观察2组患儿主要症状、体征消失时间和不良反应发生情况。结果采用“敷胸散”辅助治疗的患儿总有效率达95．9％，主要症状、体征消失时间明显短于对照组（P＜0．05），试验组患儿出现局部不良反应的比例仅为2．6％。结论“敷胸散”辅助治疗儿童肺炎的疗效和安全性均较好，护理操作简便、易行。
Objective To investigate nursing and clinical effect of auxiliary treatment for pneumonia by ＂ fuxiong powder＂ in children. Methods 406 cases of pneumonia in children were randomly divided into 2 groups. The control group was given conventional treatment and nursing, the experimental group was given ＂fuxiong powder＂ based on con- ventional treatment and nursing. The 2 groups were observed for disappearance time of clinical symptoms, signs and the incidence of adverse reaction. Results The total effective rate was 95.9% in the experimental group, the disappearance time of clinical symptoms and signs in experimental group were shorter than in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The incidence of adverse reaction was only 2.6% in experimental group. Conclusion The Chinese herbs ＂ fuxiong powder＂ are safe and effective for the auxiliary treatment of pneumonia in Children. The operation of nursing is simple and easy.
