摘要
分析了氨洗涤塔排放废气氨含量高的原因,并通过优化系统操作和进行系列技术改造。实际运行结果表明,氨洗涤塔排放废气的氨含量大幅降低,不仅改善了环境,还降低了三聚氰胺生产成本。
The paper analyzed the reasons of high ammonia content in exhaust gas emissions from ammonia scrubber, and proceed series technical innovation through system operation optimization. Actual operation results indicated that the ammonia content in exhaust gas emissions from ammonia scrubber was reduced substantially which not only improved the environment, but also reduced the melamine production cost.
