摘要
目的:研究两种疝修补术的临床方法,同时比较两种方法对腹股沟疝的疗效。方法:选择126例腹股沟疝患者,随机分为试验组与对照组,每组63例。对两组分别采用腹腔镜疝修补术与开放式无张力疝修补术对患者进行治疗,总结分析两组的临床疗效并进行对比。结果:在住院时间、疼痛持续时间上,试验组较对照组平均显著少3.42 d、0.88 d(P<0.05),而在手术时间、住院费用上,较对照组分别平均显著多19.29 min、2 541元(P<0.05);在并发症与复发率方面,试验组较对照组低22.23%、7.94%(P<0.05)。结论:两种治疗方式疗效均显著,但是腹腔镜疝修补术在术后并发症与复发率方面更具有优势。
Objective To study the clinical method of two kinds of hernia repair, and compare the two methods of curative effect on the treatment of inguinal hernia.Methods 126 patients with inguinal hernia,and randomly divided into experimental group and control group,each group of 63 cases.On two groups respectively by laparoscopic hernia repair and open without treatment of patients with hernia repair, summarize and analyze the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results In the time of hospitalization,duration of pain,the test group than in the control group mean significantly less 3.42 d,0.88 d（P 〈 0.05）,while in operation time,hospitalization costs,than the control group were significantly more than 19.29 min,2 541 yuan（P 〈 0.05）;the complications and recurrence rate.The test group was lower than that in control group,22.23%,7.94%（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion The curative effect of two treatments were significant, but laparoscopic hernia repair in the postoperative complications and recurrence rate has more advantages.
