The basic principle of FLAC numerical simulation software is discussed in detail, The numerical model is built in line with the basic situation of Sijiaying iron mine so as to simulate the slope stability condition before the excavation, and the slope stability condition in 2013 and the slope stability condition afer 14 years. Besides that, the stability analysis is conducted to provide security guarantee for the mine safety production.
